    NOTE: THIS UNIT IS SET-UP FOR 20-INCH STANDARD LONG SHAFT APPLICATIONS.
    ...However,
    If the 5" Spacer was removed, the lower unit Shift mechanism changed to the shorter one, and the Driveshaft changed to the shorter one---this unit could be converted to a 15-inch Short Shaft Model.
    As required for shipping, the Gear Oil was drained.  Fluids were found to be free of foam, water or any other contaminants. Buyer MUST replenish the Gear Oil prior to placing this unit back into service. Seller also recommends replacing the water pump impeller before returning to use.
