This hardcover is the first Disney studios version from their movie short Hiawatha
the movie short was released in 1937
this book in true Disney fashion was launched as a compliment to the movie
hardcover book, similar to a board book, a bit thinner
published by David McKay company, 1937
the cover does have some scuffing/scratch or two(see photo)
the edges have some wear, some corner bumping, and light edge chips
for the apparent age of the book, it is great condition!
the pages inside are very clean,
with illustrations in brilliant colors
the books pages are amazingly crisp
a name inside on the front cover page, a to/from with a 1938 date
The spine is very strong and completely intact
measures- 9-1/2 by 10-1/2 inches, 1/8 inches thick
not an ex-library copy
