    Lower unit in good working order. 1973
    Model: J65ESL
    Be careful to match your unit as some of these older lower units are not the same in terms of the direction of the driveshaft and prop shaft.
    If I pull up on the shift shaft, and turn the driveshaft clockwise, the prop shaft turns counter clockwise. If the shift shaft is down, I rotate the driveshaft clockwise, the prop shaft turns counterclockwise.
    I make nothing on shipping and usually lose money. I am a one man operation with no special shipping deal with anyone. Can’t help the high cost of shipping.
