Walt Disney TV Guide December 14, 1957, unused condition with label

Description

Offered here is a TV guide from December 14, 1957, Volume 5, #50 featuring Walt Disney on the cover surrounded by his Disney character friends (Mickey, Donald, Pluto etc.). It is isssue # 246 and it is the Tennessee edition. Considering it's almost 64 years old, it is in really nice condition.  It is flat and does not appear to be have ever been read or used.  It's only major flaw is rust around the staples, which I've encountered before on TV guides from the 50s. Also it does have the original mailing label neatly affixed to the cover, which thankfully does not obscure Walt or the characters. Please see photos for a more detailed description. I thumbed through the book once and observed no tears or missing pieces.  The pages have age toned.
